and Awards for Outstanding Service to Humanity

This event will recognize heroes of the two- and four-legged variety as well as showcase all kinds of service dogs from guide and therapy to military, customs and companion dogs with an emphasis on Search and Rescue Dogs & Federal Service K-9s. Last year's event was the largest service dog event in United State's history. The event is hosted by The Bear Search and Rescue Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization provide training, equipping, and transport of both canine and non-canine SAR teams across the country and to provide health care to all search and rescue (SAR) K-9s that worked at Ground Zero and the Pentagon after the 9/11 disaster.

Your organzation is invited to the "Extraordinary Service to Humanity Awards" Sept 17th on Board the Aircraft Carrier Intrepid in New York Harbor. We honor Rescue Heroes from all walks of life.

Last years event will be featured in an upcoming 2 hour Animal Planet Special narrated by Dr Jane Goodall June 12th at 8 pm. we hope you will be able to watch.

This is a day to honor heroe's; both two and four legged, we hope you will advertise with us, or take a booth.
